This is an iconic Yorkshire classic car restoration.

This lovely old lady came to us in a standard black finish.

The body was stripped down to bare metal. A considerable amount of rust was identified, and a number of new panels were applied to the car. Lining all the panels up was crucial however we had to bear in mind that this is a very old car and, in the beginning, when it was made panels really didn’t match up very well so our intention was to make the panels fit as good as they could if not better. A 2 tone paint scheme was requested by the client which we think looks so much better. Engine work was in the form of new brakes and a good engine setup was needed.  We made sure the engine cranked over with the use of a handle. This was a very cute classic car restoration project.

It is wonderful that these types of restoration projects are still being commissioned as it is part of automotive history.A truly magnificent Yorkshire car restoration by classic car lab.
